CREAMY SUMMER SALSA DIP

Ingredients:

  • 2 16oz containers cottage cheese

  • 1 8oz pkg of cream cheese (softened)

  • 1 jar Pace Picante Sauce (Medium ~ although you can use Mild or Hot if you wish)

  • 2 cups shredded lettuce

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 bunch green onions (chopped)

  • 1-2 tomatoes (diced)

  • 2 bags tortilla chips

Preparation:

1) Mix cottage cheese and cream cheese in a large bowl

2) Add picante sauce to taste (I typically use 3/4 jar)

3) Spread mixture in large casserole dish

4) Top with lettuce, cheese, green onions and tomato

5) Serve with tortilla chips

6) Enjoy!

Note: You can easily adjust this recipe for larger or smaller crowds (even single servings!)
